Introduction

The kitchen is quiet except for the soft splash of water against ceramic. Steam rises from the sink, fogging the window above the counter where afternoon light filters through. Your hands move through the warm water—plate after plate, the same rhythm you've perfected over years. Muscle memory. Autopilot.

But your mind? Your mind is somewhere else entirely.

You're thinking about the life you're living versus the life you imagined. Where did all those dreams go? How did I get here?  Those choices that seemed so right at the time somehow led you here—to this moment, in this same kitchen, feeling like a stranger in your own story. The weight of it sits in your chest, heavy and familiar. You've carried it so long you've stopped noticing it's there.

Is this really who I am supposed to be? Is this all there is for me? I need to find myself again. The question surfaces like it always does. Usually you shove it back down, reaching for another dish going about your day.

But today—something shifts.

What if that's the wrong question entirely? How can I “find” myself if I don’t even know who “myself” is?

What if life isn’t about finding yourself, rather it’s about creating yourself?

That's the moment that changes everything. The moment you stop searching for who you were supposed to be and start building who you're meant to become.

That moment happened for us. And now we are passionate about helping women build a life worth celebrating. A life full of peace and beauty that most people think only exists in the color stroked sunset.

About Us

The Life Wide Open (LWO) Project exists because we have lived this exact moment. We are Jennifer and Jazzmyne—a dynamic mother-daughter duo! We know what it feels like to stand in that kitchen, hands in warm water, finally asking the right question.

We know the weight of living inauthentically, the exhaustion of people-pleasing, the pain of forgotten dreams, and the quiet ache of losing yourself to the story someone else has authored. We know what it's like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman staring back.

And we know what it takes to rebuild her.

And That’s the Point

We’re Not Therapists -

Therapy helps you process the past. We help you build your future. Our work is forward-focused, action-based, and designed to complement your healing journey. We're not therapists.

We're not here to analyze your past or make you relive your pain. We're just like you—we've lived in the heartache. We've known disappointment. We've survived things we didn't think we could. We've walked this path and fought our way to the other side, transformed and whole.
