Community Guidelines
FACEBOOK GROUP AND PRIVATE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in Life Wide Open Project, LLC's private social media communities, including Facebook Groups, Slack channels, and any other private platforms ("Community").
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By joining the Community, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. I understand the limitations of Community support and will seek professional help if needed.

The Community is a private, members-only space for clients and participants of Life Wide Open Project, LLC to:
Connect with other members
Share experiences and support
Ask questions and receive guidance
Access exclusive content and resources
Participate in group activities and challenges
Build accountability and community
The Community is NOT a substitute for professional mental health services. Coaching and community support are complementary to, not replacements for, therapy or medical treatment.

A. Who Can Join
Active clients of Life Wide Open Project, LLC programs
Individuals who have purchased Company products
Invited guests and community members (at Company discretion)
B. Membership Requirements
To join the Community, members must:
Agree to these Terms of Use
Provide accurate personal information
Maintain confidentiality of Community content
Comply with all Community guidelines
Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
C. Access & Privacy
The Community is private and members-only
Members should not share Community content outside the group
Members should not invite non-members without Company approval
The Company may remove members at any time for violation of these terms

Members agree to:
A. Respectful Communication
Treat all members with respect and kindness
Use inclusive and non-discriminatory language
Avoid personal attacks, insults, or harassment
Respect diverse perspectives and experiences
Disagree respectfully and constructively
B. Prohibited Conduct
Members will NOT:
Harassment or Bullying: Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other members
Discrimination: Discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
Hate Speech: Use slurs, hateful language, or promote discrimination
Sexual Content: Share sexually explicit content, solicit sexual services, or engage in sexual harassment
Spam: Post repetitive, unwanted, or unsolicited content
Self-Promotion: Promote competing products or services without Company approval
Misinformation: Share false, misleading, or unverified health information
Illegal Activity: Engage in or promote illegal activity
Doxxing: Share personal information about other members without consent
Impersonation: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity
C. Mental Health Boundaries
Members understand that:
The Community is NOT a crisis support service
If experiencing a mental health crisis, members should contact emergency services (911) or a crisis line
The Company is not responsible for mental health outcomes or decisions made by members
Members should seek professional mental health support for serious concerns

A. What Stays in the Community
Members agree to:
Keep Community discussions and content confidential
Not share other members' stories or information outside the group
Not screenshot or record Community content without permission
Not identify other members outside the Community without consent
B. Exceptions to Confidentiality
The Company may disclose Community content if:
Required by law or legal process
Necessary to protect someone's safety
A member discloses abuse, harm, or illegal activity
A member explicitly gives permission
C. Company's Use of Content
The Company may:
Monitor Community content for safety and compliance
Use aggregated, anonymized data for research or improvement
Share member content with Company staff for moderation purposes
Remove or edit content that violates these terms

A. Member Content
Members retain ownership of content they post in the Community, but grant the Company a license to:
Display the content in the Community
Moderate and edit the content
Remove the content if it violates these terms
Use anonymized content for Company research or improvement
B. Company Content
All Company-provided content, resources, and materials in the Community are owned by Fight 4 Freedom, LLC and are protected by copyright. Members may:
View and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes
Download resources for personal use
NOT reproduce, distribute, or sell Company content
C. Testimonials & Success Stories
If the Company uses a member's story or testimonial in marketing:
The Company will obtain prior written consent via the Testimonial & Photo Release
The member's identity may be protected or anonymized
The member retains the right to withdraw consent

A. Community Moderators
The Community is moderated by:
Company staff and contractors
Trained volunteer moderators (if applicable)
Automated systems to flag prohibited content
Moderators have the authority to:
Remove posts that violate these terms
Warn members of policy violations
Suspend or remove members from the Community
Report illegal activity to authorities
B. Warnings & Suspension
The Company uses a progressive discipline approach:
First Violation: Warning and explanation of the policy
Second Violation: 24-48 hour suspension from posting
Third Violation: 7-day suspension from the Community
Severe Violations: Immediate removal from the Community
Note: Severe violations (harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal activity) may result in immediate removal without warning.
C. Appeal Process
If a member is removed or suspended, they may appeal by:
Emailing admin@lwoproject.co within 10 days
Explaining why they believe the action was unjustified
The Company will review and respond within 10 business days

A. Crisis Disclosure
If a member discloses a mental health crisis in the Community:
Moderators will respond with compassion and concern
The member will be provided with crisis resources
Moderators will NOT attempt to provide crisis counseling
The member will be encouraged to contact professional help
B. Crisis Resources
Members in crisis should contact:
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988 (call or text)
Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741
Emergency Services: 911
Local Crisis Line: [Arizona Crisis Line 1-800-631-1314]
C. Confidentiality Exception
The Company may breach confidentiality if:
A member is in immediate danger of harming themselves or others
A member discloses child abuse or elder abuse
A member discloses a crime in progress
In these situations, the Company may contact emergency services.

A. Personal Information
Members' personal information (name, email, phone) is:
Kept confidential and secure
Used only for Community management purposes
Not shared with third parties without consent
Protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy
B. Data Retention
The Company retains:
Member profiles and account information
Community posts and comments
Moderation records and warnings
Communication history
Data is retained for the duration of membership and for 1 year after removal.
C. Data Deletion
Members may request deletion of their personal information by:
Emailing admin@lwoproject.co
Providing their name and email address
Specifying what information should be deleted
The Company will respond within 10 business days. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance.

A. Platform Terms
Members using Facebook Groups, Slack, or other third-party platforms must also comply with:
The platform's terms of service
The platform's community guidelines
The platform's privacy policy
B. Platform Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for:
Platform outages or technical issues
Third-party data breaches
Platform policy changes
Third-party content or ads

A. Voluntary Removal
Members may leave the Community at any time by:
Clicking "Leave Group" on Facebook
Leaving the Slack channel
Emailing admin@lwoproject.co to request removal
B. Involuntary Removal
The Company may remove members for:
Violation of these Terms of Use
Non-payment of program fees
Breach of confidentiality
Harassment or abusive behavior
Illegal activity
Inactivity (at Company discretion)
C. Effect of Removal
Upon removal:
Member access to the Community will be disabled
Member posts will remain in the Community (unless removed for policy violation)
Member will not receive future Community updates or content
Member may not re-join without Company approval

The Company is NOT responsible for:
Content posted by other members
Advice or information shared in the Community
Outcomes or decisions made based on Community discussions
Mental health crises or emergencies
Third-party platform issues or content
Data loss or privacy breaches by third parties
Members participate in the Community at their own risk and are solely responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.

The Company may update these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or Community announcement. Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures in the Coaching Agreement.
