This policy exists because:
Our programs provide immediate access to proprietary digital content, including videos, worksheets, journals, and educational materials
Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded
We invest significant resources in creating and delivering transformational content
Immediate access prevents us from verifying whether content has been consumed or copied

This Refund Policy applies to all products and programs offered by Life Wide Open Project, LLC, including but not limited to:
Week 1 Trial Program
16-Week Core Program
Digital journals and workbooks
Mini-courses and workshops
All other digital products and services
All merchandise and goods

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for:
Digital products (journals, workbooks, courses, programs)
Program enrollments (Week 1 Trial, 16-Week Core Program, extended programs)
Completed purchases where access has been granted
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Failure to use or complete the program
Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes
Technical issues on the client's end (device compatibility, internet access, user error)

We will issue a full refund ONLY if:
We fail to deliver access to your purchased program within 72 hours of purchase, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue
Our platform experiences a complete technical failure that prevents you from accessing any content for more than 7 consecutive days, and we are unable to resolve it
We cancel your program due to our own business decision (not due to client policy violations or misconduct), and you have not yet accessed the content you paid for
Technical failure refunds apply only to technical failures on the company end.
To request a refund under these circumstances:

Provide your order number, purchase date, and detailed description of the technical problem
Allow us 48 hours to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days

Decide whether to upgrade to the full program after experiencing the first week
The Trial is non-refundable.
After You Purchase:
Once you complete your purchase:
You will receive immediate or scheduled access to your program content
You are responsible for accessing, downloading, and using the materials
You agree to complete the program according to the provided timeline and instructions
You acknowledge that results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is considered a violation of this Refund Policy.
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment processor:
Your access to all LWO Project programs and content will be immediately revoked
You will be prohibited from future purchases or enrollment
We reserve the right to pursue collection for any fees, damages, or costs incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks
We will provide complete documentation to your payment processor demonstrating that services were delivered as promised

COACHING IS EDUCATIONAL, NOT THERAPY. Our programs provide coaching and personal development content, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Transformation requires personal commitment, consistent effort, and individual application of program materials. Your results will vary based on your unique circumstances, effort level, and implementation.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OUTCOMES. We provide tools, strategies, and guidance, but you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
COMPLETION IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Failure to complete the program, access materials, or implement strategies does not entitle you to a refund.

Trial:
Access granted immediately upon purchase
Limited content provided based on product
Access remains available for 30 days from purchase date
Flagship Program:
Access granted within 24-48 hours after intake form review and approval
Multiple weeks of structured content
Lifetime access to all program materials (as long as platform remains operational)
Content may be updated or improved over time; existing clients retain access to updated versions at no additional cost
Digital Products (Journals, Workbooks, Mini-Courses):
Immediate download or access upon purchase
Lifetime access to purchased digital materials (as long as platform remains operational)
We reserve the right to modify access duration with advance notice, but existing customers will retain access per their original purchase terms.

"Lifetime access" means:
Access for the lifetime of the product, not the customer
We reserve the right to discontinue programs with 90 days advanced notice
If we discontinue a program, enrolled clients will receive downloadable copies of all content
Platform changes may require content migration; we will provide reasonable notice and technical support
Access may be revoked for policy violations (see Termination of Access section)
We are not responsible for client-side technical issues (lost passwords, device failures, internet connectivity)
We reserve the right to modify access duration for future purchases with advance notice, but existing customers will retain access per their original purchase terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to programs and content if you:
Violate our Terms and Conditions
Share, distribute, or resell proprietary content without authorization
Engage in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward coaches or staff
Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
Use our content or platform in ways that violate intellectual property rights
Termination for policy violations does not entitle you to a refund. If we terminate your access due to your violation of our policies, you forfeit all payments made and will not receive a refund, regardless of how much content you have or have not accessed.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our programs and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
For purchases made before policy changes, the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
